For easy to remember or well known
addresses, you can type them right into the address line.
Clicking on the line will allow you to start typing in
the address. You do not have to type "http://www"
- just start with the address part. Examples:
- aboutschool.com
- yahoo.com
- netscape.com
When you're done hit the
enter key to tell the browser to start looking. If there
is a long delay you can hit the "Stop" icon and
try something else. Computers are picky when it comes to
spelling, so when a message appears saying "Page Not
Found," double-check your address.
